I would like to invite you to sign-up for our next clinic trip which will be on May 19th of this month.
I would like to remind you that because we have a limited amount of spots for volunteers to attend our clinics each month, we can only take a certain amount of volunteers each clinic. (Our clinic final list depends on how many volunteers sign up as drivers.) *If interested in volunteering as a driver, there are a few benefits to take into consideration. Drivers are required to pay a reduced clinic fee of $10, are reimbursed all expenses for every clinic (which include auto-insurance deposits and gas expenses), and receive priority for all of our future clinics! If you would like to be put into consideration for our upcoming clinic, be sure to COMPLETE THIS FORM as soon as possible (by Wednesday May 9th 11:59pm to receive priority for this clinic) and PAY YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR THIS ACADEMIC YEAR (if not already done so). I will send out the FINAL CLINIC list May 12th.
If selected, ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST MAKE A BASIC TOILETRY, CANNED FOOD, OR $ 10 DONATION & must pay a trip fee ($30) prior to the clinic date. A refund is not usually possible, as the money is put towards auto insurance and medications in advance. *If you would like to help out as a driver, you only need to pay the reduced clinicfee which is reimbursed along with gas expenses after clinic. (This could be paid through the same online trip fee link or in person at UCR.)
**Alumni are more than welcome to sign up but they will receive less priority than current undergraduate students due to limited space. Let me know if you have any questions and I would be more than happy to answer them!
